A dynamic force at the intersection of technology and real estate, Jeffrey Chung brings fresh energy and a digital edge to SevenCo. With a professional foundation in both tech innovation and property development, he exemplifies cross-industry leadership with a future-forward vision. In 2020, this visionary entrepreneur founded 91 Holdings and joined PTL Group as a developer, helping deliver over 1,500 units of residences. Jeffrey Chung's astute insights into the market led him to establish land investment companies including Megx Holding and Amace Legacies, with a focus on land acquisition in high-growth areas like Penang and Kuala Lumpur. In 2023, in response to rising inflation and shifted market dynamics, he founded MS Assets, a property investment firm focused on income-generating assets. The company achieved an impressive 11% ROI, reinforcing his ability to adapt and deliver value across economic cycles.
